Click the "Type" dropdown to define what type of corporate account you're creating, i.e. Agency, company etc.

Click the "Status" dropdown to choose if the account is contracted or from another status.

Click the "Owner" field to choose the main owner for the account.

Click the "Primary Contact" field to add the contact you will be dealing with the most.

Click the "Parent Account" field to add the main account, for example, 'NHS' would be a Parent Account and then the Primary Contact would be a department that falls under the NHS (Cardiology etc.).

Click "Can use for Pay By Company Invoice on Booking Engine?" which means a guest can pay later via an invoice to this company, only when the same checkbox has been ticked on the rate plan and that guest can then book only with that specified rate plan.

Click the "Accounts Receivable Number" field to fill this out.

Here you can add in contact details for the company/account.

Here you can add notes specific for that account.

Here you can view any email or SMS correspondence with the account. You can only view SMS if you have the App with Hop. Email correspondence will show confirmations, cancellations, invoices etc.

You can add a preferred rate plan by clicking this dropdown.

Click "Credit Suspended" if you wish to suspend an account from using their credit facilities. You may use this if they have not been paying their invoices.

Click "Save" to save the corporate account.

Click "dropdown arrow" next to account name.

Click "Edit Company" to edit an existing company.

On existing accounts, it will show a graph of month to date and year to date of number of nights stayed with you.

Click "Merge Profile" if you have accidentally created two corporate accounts for the same guest.

Click the "Merge with" field and search for the account you wish to merge  profiles with.

Click "Overwrite with details from this corporate account" checkbox if you wish to overwrite all details from the chosen account.

Click "Confirm" to complete the deletion of an account.
