Click "Show Historic?" if you wish to show historic alerts previously set up.

Here you can add a date range you wish to search for existing alerts.

Click the "Search..." field to search for a specific alert.

Click the red trash icon to delete an alert.

Click "Confirm" to complete the deletion of an alert.

Click "From" field to add a date in that you wish the alert to be shown from.

Click the "To" date field to add in a date you wish the alert to be shown until.

Select the "Type" dropdown and to choose from the options.

Click the "Description" field to add in your alert.

Then when you create a reservation for those specified dates on the alert, you will see the alert in a pop-up above the reservation screen.
