Navigate to the **Quick Find** field in **Setup**, then enter and select **Custom Metadata Types**.

Choose **CallRail** from the **Provider SMS** dropdown.

Now we are going to configure the phone system.\

Select **CallRail Configuration**.

Click here to create a new **CallRail Configuration** page

Enter **CallRail Configuration** in the Label field, then select **Tab** on your keyboard. Select **Save**.

Click and drag the fields outlined below onto the **Page Layout**

Input the **CallRail Account Number**, **CallRail Token** and **Default Tracking Number** found in your CallRail account.

From **Setup**, enter and select **Remote Site Settings**

Ensure fields are completed as shown below, then select **Save**.

**Remote Site Name**: CallRail\
**Remote Site URL**: https://api.callrail.com

Ensure Phone Numbers Are Configured Correctly in Each User Profile

Navigate to each user's profile, and confirm the fields are updated as shown below.

Ensure all applicable users have the **Left Main Cadences Permission set** and **Left Main User permission set** (in order to have merge field options) enabled.
