Under the Parking section, "Will the tenant have access to parking?" select "Yes"

Select the total number of parking spots for the tenant from the dropdown under "Total Spot". We have chosen 'Five' for example here. 

Click the "i.e. Parking #" field under "Parking Description" field & write description regarding the parking

Select 'No' to "Is parking included in the rent? If Yes, you don't have to add the parking amount. If 'No' please add the parking amount

Write down the cost of the parking under the "Parking cost" field

Click "Generate separate invoice for parking"- this simply means the system will automatically generate a separate invoice for the parking on the same day of the rental invoice. Automatic invoice generation must be turned on from the property

And if you notice when selecting "Generate separate invoice for parking" the parking amount is being deducted from the Total Monthly Rent. You can see the difference from the earlier snippet as well
