This how to includes information with both the ClickBid legacy view, as well as the Virtual Venue.

Start by going to Items &gt; Manage Items

Click Add Item to create a Raffle item or click into your raffle item.

Make sure the item type is Quantity

Use the Set Quantity/Purchase price options to set multiple levels of purchasing

If you have a limited quanity of raffles to sell, change Limited? to Quantity and Quantity Remaining to the number of tickets you have left to sell.

If you do not have a limit, keep the Limited? to No and Quantity Remaining to 0

- Enter in FMV (**It's important** that the FMV equals the ticket price so the system does not indicate a possible tax-deductible amount for the purchase of a raffle ticket. The purchase of a raffle ticket is not a charitable contribution and is not tax-deductible. The IRS considers a raffle ticket to be a contribution from which you, the nonprofit organization will benefit.)
  - If you have multiple quantities, the FMV displayed will be for the smallest quantity available. 

Log in to the Virtual Venue. Locate the raffle ticket, and click "Buy Now".

When a bidder signs into the bidding site they will see your item and the list of available quantities to purchase based on your item settings.

Once they click "Purchase" these tickets will be added to their cart.

If you need to charge bidders for their Raffle purchase immediately, set your "Charge CC at time Qty bid is placed" feature under Software Settings &gt; Auction Settings &gt; Payment.

Please note that if you have a credit card processing fee entered, whether it is set for an option or a requirement, bidders will be charged automatically if the above option is enabled. 

Choosing a Raffle Winner (Both Legacy and Virtual Venue)

When you are ready to select your virtual winner, go to Items &gt; Manage items and click "Has Bids".

This will download a report showing each bidder and the number of tickets they purchased.

Go to Google and type in "Random Number Generator"

Type in the first row number in your spreadsheet that contains a bidder name and the last row number that contains a name.

Click Generate.

In this example, Number 9 is your winner. Note their name and contact them to let them know they won!
