From your Occurrence List, locate the occurrence you need to cancel

Click this dropdown, and update to "Cancelled"

You will then be given 3 dropdown menus to update:\
**Would you like this occurrence to stay on the website, marked as cancelled and unbookable?**

**On submission of this form cancel all delegates on this occurrence?***(You may wish to keep delegates booked if you will be contacting and transferring them to another occurrence)*

**On submission of this form email all delegates informing them of a cancellation?**

Click the "Update Status" button to confirm your changes.

**You will then get a popup box asking to you confirm your changes**

On the Occurrence View, your cancelled event will be indicated with a 🚫 icon
