To modify or cancel a reservation, go to menu and click > Reservations > Reservation management

Enter the search criteria for the reservation you are looking for (e.g. reservation number or name) and click "SEARCH"

Once you have found your reservation, click "MODIFY" 

In GENERAL, you will see the reservation details. Changes can be made here

Click on the reservation status an choose " Cancelled Bookings"

Bookings on request
Cancelled bookings

Clicking on "Modify" to finalize the cancellation.
