Note: If you do not see the Connect option in CanopyOS, contact your Canopy account rep.

Navigate to Connect from the CanopyOS menu.

Let's choose our starting point. 

For this example, we want to use the Canopy Webhook Received Template, so we'll choose "Start from Template".

In order to send the borrower an upcoming payment reminder, we'll need to have a trigger for knowing when to send it.

To do this, we'll assume you have already configured Canopy's 
payment_due_date webhook to send a webhook notification when a payment is approaching in 5 days, so let's select the "Template: Start on Canopy Webhook Received."

Fill in some basic details of your new workflow and click Submit.

Category,  labels, and description are all optional, but are helpful for organizing and searching.

You'll see that since we used a template, we have some workflows already filled out.

The Setup Flow simply subscribes to listen for Canopy webhooks; nothing needs to change for this flow.

**Click on the Setup Flow name to show the other Flows in the Workflow Group.**

"On Webhook Received" is the Flow that will trigger when a Canopy webhook is received, so that's where we want our logic to go. 

Click on the Flow name to bring it into view.
