If you've already completed Cephable's onboarding, maybe you started learning about profiles in the app and even added a profile to your account. Remember - a profile is a summary of how you tell Cephable how to pair different inputs and outputs. Some examples include: say "click" to press the mouse, raise your eyebrows to hit enter, or tilt your head to move slides in PowerPoint. If you haven't completed onboarding yet, we suggest reviewing that step by step guide before learning about profiles.
If you have completed onboarding and want to begin from the Cephable dashboard, you can find new profiles to add to your account by clicking "Explore Profiles"
The Explore Profiles page allows you to add prebuilt profile templates, use the AI profile generator/wizard, or build profiles from scratch. For this guide, we will practice with two of the community profile templates on this page. Slide Deck Presentation & Keyboard Navigation Basics. Let's add them to our user account.
Scroll to find the name of a profile you would like to add. Under Slide Deck Presentation click "Add a Profile"
    Click "Save and Finish"
Now that you are back on the Cephable dashboard, click inside the drop down menu in the center of the page to switch between profiles in your user account.
Click on the profile name you'd like to select as your "Current Profile" from the drop down list. Click on "Slide Deck Presentation" for this example.
Now, click "View Profile" to see details about how this profile is set up.
Profiles can be as simple or as complex as you wish. This profile only has 2 controls for "next slide" and "previous slide". Click on "Next Slide" to see additional details.
This command, Next Slide, has voice controls, head movements, and virtual buttons inside. Notice the icons of voice, buttons, and a head with arrows to signal the type of command. All of these commands like, saying "next slide" or tilting your head right will all tell Cephable to tap the right arrow key which will advance a slide forward in Powerpoint or Google Slides.
Now, click the back arrow at the top of the app to return to the dashboard.
Now, switch to the Keyboard Navigation Basics profile from the drop down menu.
    Click "View Profile"
In this profile, there are many more controls inside. For example, say "enter" to press enter, say "back" to press shift+tab, or say "next" to press tab.
Click on "next (tab)" and then "edit" to see how to customize this control for yourself.
    Click "add another input"
A new text box will appear. Click inside.
Type "go" or another word you'd like to use for pressing "tab"
    Click "Finish Edit"
Now your new voice control is added to the list of possible commands so Cephable will know to press the "tab" key.
For additional profile options, click "Options" while on the specific profile you would like to learn more about.
Inside this list you will see that you can view a profile summary, copy (duplicate) a profile, share a profile, or delete a profile.
Let's click "share profile" as an example.
    Click "Create a Share Link"
Now, you can select, copy, and paste this link into a message or email it to friends so they can use the same controls within their account.
Now, let's use your Cephable profile, Keyboard Navigation Basics" with your browser. Click "Start Microphone" from the dashboard.
For example, open [wikipedia.com](http://wikipedia.com) in your browser and use the voice controls in this profile to navigate around the page "Tab" - "Next" - "Back"- "Enter".
Or switch to your "Slide Deck Presentation" profile and open a powerpoint presentation in "present mode". Use the voice controls next & back to move through your slides.
