Certificates: Staff Rootwurks LXP Onboarding

This guide shows the quickest ways to find and get your completion certificates in Rootwurks LXP—whether from an individual course, a completed learning plan, or the centralized Certificates page. It also explains how to download, view, or print certificates immediately and how managers can access team members’ certificates. Follow it to save time locating and saving official proof of training.

Navigate to Rootwurks Dashboard

To access a certificate for a course you've completed, begin by opening the main menu and selecting “Courses” from under the Career Path section. On the Courses page, scroll down to the Course Catalog. You’ll see all the courses available to you, including those you’ve already completed. Locate a course card you've finished. Click the 3-dot action menu and you’ll see a “Download Certificate” button appear. Click that to download your certificate of completion instantly.

To access a certificate from a completed learning plan, start by opening the main navigation menu and selecting **Learning Plans**. Scroll down to the **Your Recent Learning Plans** section and find the learning plan you've completed. On the far right, click the three-dot action menu next to the completed plan, then select **View Certificate**. Your certificate will open in a new tab, ready for viewing, downloading, or printing.

To access your certificate through the Certificates page, start by opening the main navigation menu and selecting “Certificates”. This brings you to a tabbed view showing all course and learning plan certificates associated with your account. From here, locate the certificate you’d like to access—either under the Courses or Learning Plans tab. Once found, click “View” to open a preview of the certificate or choose “Download” to save a copy directly to your device. You also have access to your team member's certificates by clicking on the team button on the top right using the same process.

You can also access your certificates page by clicking on "Certificates Acquired" on the top right of your dashboard.
