The appointment status field is a great way for artists to track their appointments. They can see at a glance which appointments/requests need attention, who didn't show up, and most importantly, who still needs to pay!

Set the desired status.

**Pending Approval:** Appointment request is pending artist approval

**Approved:** Approved by artist and set on the schedule

**Waiting List:** In line if time frees up from a conflicting or overlapping appointment

**Paid:** Client has paid in full

**Cancelled:** Client cancelled the appointment

**No-show:** Client missed the appointment with no notice
