Navigate to [https://community.dar.org/profile](https://community.dar.org/profile)

Click the arrow in the box next to the community for which you wish to change the notification setting.

You may select "real-time" to get every update from that community as it happens. "Daily digest" condenses the happenings of the community into one email delivered daily. "No email" opts you out of receiving updates from that community.
