Navigate to the "Channels" tab and click "Digital Advertising".

Click "View your digital channels' performance, as reported by each platform"

Select the ad platform you're looking to assess channel overlap against. 

Select the customer type you're looking to inspect channel overlap for.

Note this is available for all Shopify clients and non-Shopify clients who have provided a historical user file. 

Select your date range.  The view will default to the last 30 days.


See key insights on your overlapping channels such as 

- What paid or non-paid channels most often overlap with the selected platform
-  How channel overlap impact revenue, compared to the channel in a silo

View key summary stats such as 

- What % of the platform's conversions overlap with other channels
