You can navigate to the **Collections** tab from the lefthand menu

In the **Ready to Collect** view, you will see invoices that our algorithm deems ideal for the Collections service

However, you can escalate any overdue invoices to Chaser, as long as they meet the minimum value requirements

These are: a minimum of £250 (or equivalent in local currency) - per invoice or per customer

To request collections from this view, click the **Get quote** button for single invoices

For GBP Collections, if you request a quote for multiple invoices against a single customer, you may get a more favourable rate than if you ask us to collect on them as single invoices

For non-GBP Collections only, this pop up will appear.

Here you can select the country your debtor is based in, so that we can show you the correct fee and direct the file to the Collections team based in that country.

For both UK and non-GBP Collections, this pop up will then appear, where you can fill in the collection details.

Chaser operates a low risk, no win no fee considerate approach to Collections

To help us chase the debt effectively, please ensure the contact details for your customers are up to date

Here you should add collection details, specifying the nature of the goods or service that the invoice relates to

Any existing disputes, your intent regarding late payment fees

Any useful customer history or relationship context, and your willingness to consider a payment plan for the invoice or invoices

Next, tick this box if you want to apply late fees or interest

Finally, tick these checkboxes to agree to our Terms and Conditions and confirm you're not a lender

For GBP collections, within 24 hours of clicking **Request Collection**, our team will review your file and either accept it or reach out to you for more details.

For non-GBP collections, please allow up to 14 days for a comprehensive update, due to local legislation and collection procedures.

If accepted, our Collections team will automatically be added to your organisation so that they can record all communications within the Invoice History section of your account (or the Customer History section for non-GBP invoices)

In the **In Progress** tab, your invoice status will change to Collecting, and your Receivables tab will be updated with all activity

In this view, you can see the agreed fee and the activity log, as well as add a note to our Collections team

For GBP collections, you can view collection activities by clicking on the magnifier icon. From here, you can click through to read the note from the **Receivables** view.

For non-GBP collections, please navigate to the customer page, and you'll find collection activities under the **History** tab.

To add a note for our GBP Collections team, click the three dots next to the invoice.

For non-GBP collections, you will need to email [support@chaserhq.com](mailto:support@chaserhq.com) if you'd like to reply to a note.

It's important that you tag our GBP collections team here so that they see your message. If you don't tag them, they won't be able to view your note

In the **Receivables** view you can click into any customer record

And request a quote for collection from the **Invoices** view by ticking the check boxes

You can also add collection details at a customer level. 

Again, click into the customer record

Click **Collection details**

And enter your note here. You can also use the check boxes below to provide us with even more context

To view activity on your invoices in collection, for GBP collections, go to invoices (either from the customer record or in the Receivables&gt;Invoices tab)

And click the magnifier icon. 

Again, you can click through to read the full note from here

You will receive alerts in your notification centre in-app when a note has been added, as well as receiving an email notification

You can also add notes to our GBP collections team from the customer record and the invoice record

Please remember to tag our GBP Collections team so that they can read the note and reply promptly

Finally, you can escalate invoices to Collections from the **Invoices** view

From here, you can filter all invoices by the age of the debt, which may help you in escalating all relevant invoices to Collections

As before, use the check boxes to select the invoices you want a quote from Collections for

And choose 'Quote for Collections' from the multi drop down

If you have other overdue invoices against the same debtor that meet our Collections criteria, they will be flagged in the quote screen

This gives you the option to easily add them to the quote
