The Chat Bidders feature is available with the Enhanced and Full Suite Licenses. It is a great feature when using EventStream, allowing bidders to mingle virtually or ask questions during the event

Turn Chat Bidders on by changing "Show Bidding Chat?" to Yes.

Set a Username by adding any name to the field

Add your message to the field to send a message to all bidders logged into the bidding site.

On the bidding site, the bidder can click the Chat button to login and participate

Here they can type a message for all bidders to see

Need to delete a chat? Use the "Show Legacy Login Options" 

Add the Moderator Email and Password in the new fields

To log in, click the "Show Legacy Login Options" and copy/paste the moderator email and password into the fields shown.

There will be a trash can next to each chat that can be used to delete the message.
