It will not schedule tours for the property, but will refer to the schedule tour now option on the website.

Upon completion of the chat, it will ask for contact information. If they click no thanks it will store as an anonymous chat. If they put in the contact information, it will open a lead.

The lead will be show on the dashboard under assign agent.

In the activity log the lead will show that it was imported in by the ResPage API user. 

At this point the Entrata contact points will begin lead follow up. You will continue with your traditional follow up in Entrata.

Upon completion of the chat, ResPage will send an email to the Leasing email of the Property with a link to the chat, which is stored in ResPage. 

An additional email is sent by Entrata to the team that the guest card has been entered.
