Navigate to relevant Project. Do NOT check things off from the main Dubsado dashboard!

Locate the relevant to do and click the box next to the task. 

Caitlyn Potter: Make any upgrades/updates to invoice and check off this to do. If is closer than 30 days, manually send the invoice. (If it's more than 30 days out, the invoice will be sent automatically).

When checked, there will be a colored checkmark. If you ONLY see the black checkmark, you have NOT checked off the to do.
