**What each status means:**

1. "Pending UP" means your office has not yet approved your order.
2. "Scheduled UP" means your office has approved your order and we will be installing it in roughly 48 hours.
3. "UP" means your sign is in front of the listing.
4. "Pending DOWN" means you have requested a removal.
5. "Scheduled DOWN" means we will be removing it in roughly 48 hours.
6. "DOWN" means this order has been removed.
