**Note:** Clearing the browser cache will remove temporary data, such as web page images, scripts, and files, from your browser.

First, log out of your account, by clicking on your account name.

Be sure you're redirected to the login screen before proceeding to the next step.

At the top right of your web browser, click 'More' indicated by the symbol represented by three vertical dots.

Navigate to 'History' in the dropdown list, then click 'History' at the top of the expanded window.

At the top left of the 'History' page, select 'Clear Browsing Data'.

A second window will now pop-up, allowing you to select Basic or Advanced, the time range, as well as what you'd like to clear from your web browser. Change your time range to **All Time** and ensure that **Cookies and other site data**, and **Cached images and files** has been selected, then click 'Clear' Data'.

Close and re-open your web browser, and then log back into your account.
