Client Cards | Managing the Treatment Team Card

This guide provides essential instructions for managing Treatment Team members effectively, including adding new members, editing existing details, and managing access PIN codes for the Portal, when applicable. It ensures that all team members can securely access necessary documents and maintain confidentiality in compliance with authorization requirements.

Click the Edit Pencil on the Treatment Team card to review more details for current Treatment Team members, add new individuals to the card, or review/reset access PIN code for Portal Users

Edit Existing Treatment Team Member

To Edit the information of an existing Treatment Team member, or reset/check their access PIN code **click their name**.

Make edits as needed throughout the template.

To view their current access PIN code for the Portal (if they forgot it and need a reminder) select the View icon highlighted below

If a Treatment Team member believes that their access PIN code for Portal has been compromised, you can create a new PIN for them by selecting "Generate". Make sure you share the new code with them after saving these changes.

Click "Save"

Add New Treatment Team Member

Click "Apply Action" to Add a New Treatment Team Member

Click "Add Team Member"

Fill out all details for the new Treatment Team Member.

**Note: Be sure that if this Treatment Team Member plans to use the Portal their mobile number is listed in this space, select "Add" after keying in their phone number to ensure all saves appropriately.**

Click "Yes" if this Treatment Team Member is going to be using the Portal in Noteable.

Click "Generate" to create their access PIN code for the Portal. Be sure to share this code with them after saving so they can log into the Noteable Portal when a document is sent to them to review, fill out, or sign off on.

Click the "View" icon highlighted below to view their PIN.

Click "No" if this Treatment Team Member is NOT the client's Legal Guardian.

**Note: For any Treatment Team Member that is NOT listed as a Legal Guardian the "Release Expiration Date" field will become a requirement and should match any documented Release Authorization dates for that individual.**

Click "Yes" if the Treatment Team Member being added is the client's Legal Guardian

Click "Save" once all required details have been added.

Delete Treatment Team Member

To Deleted an existing Treatment Team Member highlight the row of that individual.

Click "Apply Action"

Click "Delete Team Member(s)"
