Open the email that says "Your New Client Portal"

Hi! We just rolled out a new Client Portal where we can collaborate and get your feedback on questions we have as we're working on your books. Your unique link to the client portal is here: https:/

Click on your unique Client Portal link.

Once on the log-in screen, you can choose how you would like to Login: 
1.	You can choose to log in with a password.
2.	Login with your Google account. 
3.	"Sign In with Email" which emails you a magic link sent to you that allows you to Login without a password.


Click "Sign In with Email"  (you can bookmark this page to get to it easily next time!) 

Go back to your email and Click "Login to Portal" (this allows you to login without a password)

This will Bring you to the Client Portal Dashboard

In this area, you can upload documents, statements, receipts or anything else we might request. 

Drag and drop file(s) here, or click to select a file.

In this section you will see if there are any Open questions.

This section is where you will find Financial Reports, as we publish them

Click on the green button to see the Open questions

To respond to a question, click on "Add a comment". 

If there is no need for a response to the question, always add a comment such as "Ok", to let us know you read the question, so we can close it out on our end.

Click "Save" and we will be notified that you have responded to a question. 

Transaction Q's are questions related to specific transactions, like their category or class.

Non-Transaction Qs are questions or requests we may have. 

Questions for Us is where you can see questions you have asked us and our responses. 

Type in your question and click "Add Question". You can also add attachments here. 

Once we have responded, you will see a small green circle with the number of questions answered. Click "Questions for Us" to view our responses.

Click "Open" to view open questions and their responses. 

If your question has been answered, Check the "Mark Closed" Box.  If you still need more clarification, you can click "Add Comment" and the question thread will continue and come back to us!
