The Clinician Dashboard Overview
1
We've enhanced the General tab on the Clinician Dashboard to provide a more complete view of each patient's routinely monitored vital signs in a single location. This update reduces the need to switch between tabs and helps clinicians assess patient status more efficiently.

Clinician Dashboard Enhancement: Expanded General Tab View
5
**Whats New** **The platform is now full screen** and the following routinely monitored vital signs have been moved from the **Other** tab to the **General** tab: - Oximetry Readings, - Weight Readings, - Temperature Readings, - and Glucose Readings. Clinicians can now view these measurements alongside existing blood pressure metrics, creating a more comprehensive patient summary on a single screen.
**How it helps:** This enhancement allows clinicians to: - Review a patient's key vital signs without switching between tabs - Quickly assess compliance and recent readings across multiple measurements - Improve efficiency when monitoring large patient populations - Access a more complete clinical picture from the primary dashboard view
Reading Range and Patient Group Dropdowns
6
Using the **Reading Range** and **Patient Group** dropdowns, you can easily filter the Clinician Dashboard to support your day-to-day monitoring workflow. **Reading Range**\ The Reading Range filter displays patients who have submitted readings within the selected timeframe. It also controls which reading values appear on the dashboard and determines the calculated **Average**, **Minimum**, and **Maximum** values shown for each metric. **Patient Group**\ The Patient Group filter allows you to view patients within the groups you have access to. By default, the filter is set to **All Groups**. When you select a specific group, the dashboard updates to display only patients from that group. Your selected Patient Group remains applied throughout your active session, even if you navigate away from the dashboard. Once you log out, the filter resets to **All Groups** the next time you log in.
Tip! The selected reading range will remain saved until you change it. The **Patient Group** filter will also remain applied until you change it, log out, or your session times out.
General Tab Overview
7
The **General** tab is the primary workspace for patient monitoring. It prioritizes notifications for all vital signs, provides visibility into any manual notes added to the patient profile, and offers an overview of all episodic vital signs, including Blood Pressure, SP02, Weight, Temp, and Glucose.
General Tab- Bells
8
The '**Bell'** symbol indicates an active **Notification.** A Flashing Bell indicates a New Notification, while a Solid Bell indicates a Notification that is actively being resolved. Clicking on the Bell symbol will reveal a list of recent notifications for that patient. You can manage the notifications from here.
General Tab- Compliance
9
The **Compliance icon** provides a quick visual indication of whether a patient has completed their required readings for a specific vital sign on the current day. - A **green compliance icon** indicates that the patient has successfully submitted the required reading(s) for that vital sign and is considered compliant for the day. - A **grey compliance** **icon** indicates that the patient has not yet submitted the required reading(s) for that vital sign and is currently considered non-compliant for the day. Compliance requirements are determined by either the patient's assigned Group Compliance Settings or any custom compliance settings configured specifically for that patient. Compliance icons are displayed only for the vital signs that a patient is expected to record on a given day. If a vital sign is not scheduled or required, a compliance indicator will not be shown. **Compliance is measured over a 24-hour period and resets daily at 12:00 AM.** As a result, all patients will appear as non-compliant at the start of each day until they submit their first required reading for that vital sign.
General Tab-Notes Symbol
10
Within the **reading range selected**, if there has **been a manual note added** to the patient's profile, the **Note symbol will appear on the dashboard**. To view the note, select the Notes Symbol.
Understanding a Client's Reading History
11
Clicking on the '>' symbol next to a patient's name will expand a client's reading history and display all readings from the specified reading range.
12
The **General Tab** now provides a consolidated view of all routinely monitored vital signs, including **Blood Pressure, SpO₂, Weight, Temperature, and Glucose**, allowing clinicians to review a patient's key readings and compliance status from a single location. From a patient's reading history, you can review: - **Reading Details** (timestamp, trend information, and recorded value) - The **Notes** field, where the patient, caregiver, or clinical team may have documented additional context related to the reading - Historical readings to support trend analysis and clinical decision-making - **Select the reading timestamp** to open the **Reading Summary** page for that specific reading, providing additional details and context for clinical review.
The Anomalies Tab
13
The Anomalies Tab is used specifically for deployments utilizing the Pulsewave PAD1A wrist cuff. Pulsewave reports on the Total Anomaly Score (TAS) of the pulse waveform. TAS indicates pulse characteristics found in the waveform and reports them in a statistical manner as a percentage of occurrences within the waveform. This information may be used by a professional as a screening aid in further diagnosing arrhythmia.
**Alert!** The **Pulsewave PAD1A wrist blood pressure monitor** has been officially **retired** and is no longer supported by Cloud DX. In **November 2023**, Cloud DX announced the end of support for the PAD1A, including repairs, replacements, and technical support. While existing devices may continue to function and transmit readings, they are no longer considered a supported device within the Cloud DX ecosystem. If your program is still using PAD1A devices, please contact [**dst@clouddx.com**](mailto:dst@clouddx.com) to discuss transitioning patients to currently supported blood pressure monitoring devices.
The Other Tab
14
The **Other** tab has been streamlined to focus on specialized monitoring metrics, providing clinicians with a dedicated location to review advanced patient data that is not routinely monitored across all patient populations. The Other tab displays additional metrics specific to **Pulsewave PAD1A wrist blood pressure monitor (retired):** - PRV (Pulse Rate Variability) - ABR (Average Breathing Rate)
The Surveys Tab
15
The **Survey** tab provides visibility into **survey compliance** for each patient. Compliance is calculated based on the selected **Reading Range**, allowing you to quickly understand how consistently a patient has completed their assigned surveys during that timeframe. Within this tab, a legend is displayed to help interpret survey status: - **Pending** – Survey not submitted; due today or in the future - **Scheduled** – Survey not submitted; due date is in the future - **Expired** – Survey not submitted; due date has passed - **Completed** – Survey submitted on or before the due date Additionally, by selecting the **dropdown arrow** beside a patient’s name, you can access the most recent surveys, view their current status, see the last submitted date and timestamp, and review the most recent survey score (if applicable). This view helps clinicians quickly identify outstanding, overdue, and completed surveys at a glance.
