Login to Orcanos with an Admin account.

Click on the Main Menu

Search for the Work item you want to clone.

For this example we will search for software Requirements. This Work Item uses the code: "SRS"

You can search for the Work Item name under the "Default Description" column or the "User Description" column.

Click On the "Clone" Icon under the Action Column..

Remove the text "Clone" and give the new work item a unique name.

Provide also a unique Code

Click on the Work item's Icon image, if you wish to change its icon.

Choose an Icon for the newly cloned Work Item and click Save.

Check the Show checkbox, in order to use this newly cloned Work Item.

You are ready to work with the Work Item you have cloned.

On the 'Fields Layout " Screen the new Work Item can be selected and worked on.
