Clone a Timesheet

Navigate to "Timesheets"

Click on the day of the person you are looking to clone the timesheet from.

Click "Clone"

From the drop down menu choose the employee you want to clone the timesheet for.

Click "Clone Timesheet". This will create an exact copy of the timesheet. At this stage you can edit/delete/add time segments.

Note: The cloning tool will not allow you to create doubles in someone's timesheet. If you try to clone a timesheet and get an error message, go and review the person's timesheet that you are trying to clone into. If there is any overlap in time it will not allow you to clone. You can delete segments if needed to be able to clone from one person to the next.

Review by clicking on the person timesheet overview.

Click on the day.

You can see it has made an exact copy. You can still edit the timesheet from here if you wish. Click "Edit"

Click "Time segment"

Click the "Start time" field.

Type "434pm"

Click the "End time" field.

Click "Add Timecode"

Click "Standard"

Click "Add Timecode"

Add notes by click into the note field.

Add your note and click "Save"

You can review and approve from here. Or continue to edit or clone to another person's timesheet.
