This walkthrough follows on from [CoPost - Creating Bulk Posts from Media Library - Part 1](https://copost.io/docs/articles/creating-bulk-posts-from-media-library-part-1) where we staged and grouped our media within Media Library to send to the bulk creator, however this walkthrough also covers the regular features of the bulk creator.

At this point you should be able to see your staged media now transformed into posts.

The status indicator on the right hand side of each post is dynamic and will initially be set to "**Draft**", as the post is closer to completion this will change to Scheduled Draft or Scheduled depending on how complete the post is.

You can click the "Create" button while the posts are at any stage of completion and they will be created in their current state, for example if the status is Draft then the post will save as a Concept.

To manually add content to posts, click in the individual parts and update as needed.

Applying Schedule and Settings from a Posting Plan

If you have set up a posting plan, you can apply the settings to all posts in the bulk creator area, this action will populate the Schedule date of each post in sequence with the posting plan's schedule from the next available slot.

It will also add the default socials if you have chosen to enable any within the plan settings.

To apply a posting plan, click "**Apply Plan**".

From the menu, choose the plan you would like to apply.

The plan settings will now have been added to the posts.

If a posting plan is not available or if you have applied a posting plan that does not include a default set of socials, you can still apply socials to all posts using the "**Apply Global Settings**" option.

Select one or more socials, options will appear for socials that allow different posting methods, for example Facebook will allow you to select Timeline, Reel or Story.

Whilst the default settings are applied, every new post added using the "**+**" button at the bottom, it will apply the settings to the post. 

Click the red **X** next to "**Default Settings Applied**" to clear the settings. This will not remove settings from already created posts.

Adding Different Variations of Text Content to the Post Text Field

Adding the text part to lots of posts can be a tedious job, sometimes this does have to be done manually depending on what the context of the post is but there is a solution.

The **Variate** feature lets you create one full piece of text content and it will create a variation of the text for each post, this can vastly speed up the post creation process.

Fill in the post text and when finished, click "**Variate**".

You should now see all of the posts populated with variations of the initial text you entered.

If the posts are complete with all the required data, the status should now be set to "**Schedule"**, this means that they will be scheduled to post when created and saved in CoPost.

Click "**Create**" to save the posts to CoPost.

That's it, you now have the knowledge and tools to schedule mass amounts of posts in minutes rather than hours.
