Coach invoicing is the process by which coaches close their month and request payment for their work. Coaches have the flexibility to submit invoices up to 4 days before the month's end. For instance, if submitting for July, coaches may begin the process as early as July 28th.

Upon submission, coaches will receive an email containing links to download their invoice in both PDF and XLS formats. It's crucial to note that these download links remain valid for only 7 days. Therefore, coaches are strongly advised to download and save their invoices promptly upon receiving the notification to ensure they retain access to these important documents.

Note: This feature is currently available on a limited basis. Coaches interested in using it should contact their program administrator. Program administrators wishing to implement this feature should discuss it with their account team.
