Compensation Management Process for Raises - Admin

This guide will walk you through how to Review and Approve a Compensation Management Process for giving raises

Navigate to [https://connect.threadhcm.com/default.aspx](https://connect.threadhcm.com/default.aspx)

Click **"Employee Admin Tools"**

Click **"Compensation Management"**

Click **"Event Management"**

In **Event Management** you can click any open Events to view the status.

In here you can see where the Compensation Updates are in the process. If you wanted to move forward, without completing all the updates, you could click **Advance**. Typically this isn't a step you would do unless you did want to bypass the process.

Click **"Compensation Analysis"** to review all adjustments. You'll receive a notification once this is available for you to review and approve.

Click the Adjustment you'd like to review

Here you will see all adjustments that Managers/Supervisors have entered. You can review or override any Comp Adjustments

Click the settings wheel at the top of Amount or Percent in order to mass update.

Enter the amount and click Apply to All if you'd like to use this.

Click **Submit** once all adjustments have been entered and are ready to be applied.

The rest of these steps may not pertain to your user.\ \ If you are responsible for sending these adjustments to payroll, Then you'll want to click **Event Management**

Click on your Processing Events

Here you'll see all pending comp adjustments, where you can make any final changes, and choose the effective date and any change notes.

You can click **Commit** at anytime after you've added the final details. You can Commit all of them, or commit at any point.

If you go to the **Processed** tab you can see all adjustments that are being sent to payroll.

Final Pending Adjustments can be seen here and will apply after the effective date that has been entered.
