The campaign registration form contains detailed descriptions of each field, and will walk you through each item with explanations and examples. Please read the form carefully as you're filling it out. Read through the disclaimer carefully, and check the box indicating you agree to the terms and conditions.

Enter your CallHarbor account number in the first field. If you do not have this information, please email [support@callharbor.com](mailto:support@callharbor.com) and our support team will send it to you. Then, please enter your company's tax ID.

Enter your company's legally registered name.

Click the "DBA Name" field. It will auto-fill with your company's legal name. If you have a DBA ("Doing Business As") name or marketing name that's different than your company's legal name, you can enter it here. If not, please just leave the auto-filled value.

Enter the phone numbers you'd like to register for SMS messaging.

Enter your message flow / call to action.

Enter the link to your terms and conditions. **Note: This is now required.**

Paste a link to your privacy policy here.

The mobile carriers require businesses to have a keyword customers can text to opt in to messages. The default keyword is START. If you would prefer a different keyword, please enter it here. Otherwise, you can leave the default pre-filled value.

Answer the question: "Does your brand/business perform direct lending?"

Answer the question: "Is your content appropriate for all ages?"

Answer the question: "Do you need to register more than 49 SMS numbers?" If your answer is "No," you may skip the next step.

**Only if you need to register more than 49 numbers:** Please enter your rationale for needing more than 49 SMS numbers. (We are required to send this information to T-Mobile.) *If you do not need to register more than 49 numbers, this field is not required, and it will not show up.*

Answer the question: "Do any of your messages contain a phone number?" *(If you answer "yes", please include the phone number in one of the sample messages below.)*

Answer the question: "Do any of your messages contain a link?" (If yes, please include a link in one of your sample messages.)

**If you answered yes to the previous question,** an optional field will pop up. Please enter the link you will be including in your messages. Entering this link will help your chances of getting approved quickly. *(This field will not show up if you selected "no" to the previous question.)*

Answer the question: "Do you send messages with any images?"

**If you answered yes to the previous question:** An optional field will pop up. This field will allow you to upload a sample image of a photo you would send over text. *(This field will not show up if you answered no to the previous question.)*

Enter your first sample message. If you have a phone number and/or a link in your messages, please include them in one or both of your sample messages.

Enter your second sample message. If you have a phone number and/or a link in your messages, please include them in one or both of your sample messages.

Review your answers on this page, and then click "Next".

Read the information describing the different campaign types. Select your desired campaign type.

After reading the price for each campaign type, please check the box saying you agree to the charges listed above.
