Navigate to [https://aee.myisolved.com/home/talentManagement](https://aee.myisolved.com/home/talentManagement)

Talent Management Navigation

Open the navigation menu.

Click "Performance Management"

Click "Performance Reviews"

Complete Performance Review

Click on the review you want to complete

Here you can fill out all the require sections.

At the bottom of the review, you can Save Progress, Save and Exit to close out, or Submit. If you click submit, you will not be able to come back and make changes to your review.
