Configure Hiring Workflows in iSolved Hire (ATS/iHire)

This guide walks through how to set up Hiring Workflows. These help create a visual process to track applicants through the steps of the hiring process.

Navigate to [https://admin.isolvedhire.com/dashboard/?id=1341&name=dashboard](https://admin.isolvedhire.com/dashboard/?id=1341&name=dashboard)

Open the account menu.

Click "Settings"

Click "Hiring Workflows"

Click "Create New Workflow"

Click the Workflow Name field.

Add Details and click "Save"

Workflow Configuration

Once you go into the builder, you can set up the notifications and the details for each step.

Go through the steps on the left side to choose additional settings for this workflow.

Click "Select Applicant Statuses" to add or remove steps to this workflow from the existing Statuses List.

Click here.

If you need to add or remove statuses, you can do that by clicking "Statuses" up top.

Here you can edit any Statuses

Click "New Application Status" to add a new Status

Then Click "Save"

Job Assignment

Click "Jobs"

Click "Job Listings"

Click "Action"

Click "Edit"

Open Settings & Notifications.

Choose the Hiring Workflow from the dropdown

To view this Workflow Click "Applicants" and "Hiring Pipeline"

Select the job from the dropdown.

From here you can see the workflow and as applicants are added to the job, you'll see them in each step. You can move them by clicking and dragging in this workflow, or
