Before you can create the property you need to ensure you have turned on the Sensitive data feature. To do this go to Settings

Click "Configure Sensitive Data settings"

Choose which types of sensitive data you want to collect (this can be updated at a later stage)

Next you will be required to accept the terms. Please take not that once you have turned on this feature, it can't be turned off.

Please be aware it may take a few minute for the setting to go live in your account.

Once active, you can come into this section and edit settings at any time.

To create a property go to Settings and click "Properties"

Once you add the Field Type you will see a new option on the sidebar, click "Sensitive Data"

Setup any other property rules or access and click "Create"

This is then how the field will appear in your CRM. When users click ‘Show value’ the value of the property will be shown, allowing them to edit. Upon refresh, the value of the property will be re-hidden. These click-to-decrypt views will then be tracked in the Audit Logs.
