Now that we have created and tested our Workflow Group, it's time to publish it and turn it on!

This will open out Version History tab. Click "Save & Publish"

Saving and Publishing will provide a version that can be reverted to in the future if need be.

Add a comment then click "Save & Publish"

Enter in an Overview description. This will show on the instances tab.

You can select Allow Multiple Instances if you want to allow different multiple different configurations running at once. 

This setting is not particularly useful for the example in our tutorial, but it is helpful for Workflow Groups with more configuration variables. For example, if you want to have multiple instances of a Workflow Group that emails out different reports on different schedules.

Now our Instance is deployed, but it is still not "active" or running live.

To do that, let's go back to our "Instances" tab within the main Connect screen.

Here we see a new option for the Workflow Group Instance we just published.

Click on the Instance to configure and activate it.

Here we can set a specific name.

When ready, click "Next".

Now we need to authenticate and enter our SendGrid API key, similar to when we were testing.

When ready, click "Finish".

Note: This is helpful to be able to configure again in case you have different accounts for different purposes. For example, a test or development account and API key versus a main or production account.

Our Instance is now live and running!

From this screen we can monitor and view all of the related runs.

We can also pause or deactivate the instance if needed.
