One of the most important things to do in Chaser is making sure emails go from the correct address. To check your email deliverability, navigate to Manage

Here you'll see an option to activate domain verification and email integration.

We recommend email integration as it means that your emails are connected with Chaser, and instead of using a mail server, emails will go directly from your email address and from within your inbox.

Connect an email by signing in to your email provider.
Reminders and replies will all go through your domain, without the need for an automatic address.
We suggest you connect your most used account for sending reminders.

then choose your mail provider from the dropdown list. You can connect any provider with Chaser, just follow the steps from here to complete the setup.

Domain verification (SPF / DKIM)
SPF and DKIM are email authentication protocols that will make sure all communication is sent from the verified domain directly, which will reduce the chance for emails to go into spam. By default, emails are sent from yourname.yourdomain@mail-srv1.com.

If you're sending from multiple email addresses, we also recommend you set up domain verification

as email integration can only be set for one email address on the standard subscription, or two email addresses on the enterprise subscription.

However, you can purchase add-ons for additional email integrations, including on the basic plan. Please get in touch if you'd like to take advantage of additional email integrations.

whereas domain verification gives our mail server, Mailgun, permission to send emails on your behalf from your email address, using your domain, but emails will still go through the mail server
