Connect an Epson Workforce Printer to Wi-Fi

If you have an Epson Workforce printer that has an LCD screen, follow these steps to connect to a Wi-Fi network

This guide is for Epson WorkForce printers that have a LCD screen.

Press the home button, if necessary

Press the **Network/Wi-Fi** symbol

Select **Wi-Fi Setup**

Select **Wi-Fi Setup Wizard**

If you need to disable the wireless network to set up your product on an Ethernet network, scroll down and select **Disable Wi-Fi** instead.

Select the name of your wireless network

Select the **Password** field, and enter your wireless password using the displayed keypad - To move the cursor, select ◀or▶ - To change the case of letters, select ▲ - To delete the previous character, select **X** - To enter numbers or symboles, select **123#** - To enter a space, select **\_\_**

Press Enter symbol when you’re finished entering your password, then select **Proceed**.

Confirm the displayed network settings and select **OK** to save them

If you want to print a network setup report, press one of the power symbol buttons. Otherwise, select **Done**

Press the **Home** symbol button to return to the Home screen. If the network connection is successful, the Wi-Fi icon in the upper-right corner of the LCD screen is lit as shown.
