Click "Connect" on the Intercom integration

Click "Take me there" to be redirected to Intercom.

After logging in to your account. Review and click "Authorize access"

Upzelo will now check for matching customers in Intercom. Once completed, you can review the new datafields that Upzelo has added to your Intercom contacts.

Inside your Intercom account &gt; Click the Contacts icon in the menu.

You will see that all matched contacts will have loyalty program data attached.

Once your program has been running for long enough to process some points or reward actions, you will see events in the contact "Recent events" panel. The example below shows that a customer has earned 10 points on a recent order, making their new points total 30.

You can use the loyalty contact attributes and events to trigger messages or segments contact lists. In the example below, the customer's points balance is being used to segment an audience for a new message.
