Log in to Azure Portal and search for "Management groups"

Select the Management group that will manage access to the child subscriptions

Under the Management group details page, click "Access control (IAM)"

Click "Add" and choose the option "Add role assignment"

Select the "App registration" that was previously created

Wait for Azure to add the Role assignment

Check the if "New App Registration" has been added with the correct Role
