When in the desired piece of Content, navigate to the panel on the right side of the window

You have the ability to add a message describing your current iteration of edits using the "Revision log message" field

Select the "Revisions" tab to view all previous revisions.

If you have used the "revision log message" to label these, those labels will be attached to each revision to help identify them (*In this case, there are no prior revisions, as seen below*)

If desired, select "Provide a menu link" to add this Content to the [Main Navigation](https://cms-training.colorado.gov/how-do-i/structure-module/menus/the-main-navigation)or another custom[Menu](https://cms-training.colorado.gov/how-do-i/structure-module/menus)

Select the "Menu link title" field to add a menu link title. Select the "Description" field to add a menu link description.

Select the "Parent Link" dropdown to choose the respective menu and menu and parent link

The "Weight" field is no longer supported.

Select "URL redirects" to add or edit any redirects associated with the Content

Select "Add URL redirect" to add a new redirect

This will take you to the [URL Redirect](https://cms-training.colorado.gov/how-do-i/configuration/url-redirects) configuration settings interface

Select "URL Alias" to configure the URL alias for the content

Deselect the "Generate automatic URL alias"   if you would like to add a custom alias for the content instead of the automatically generated iteration

Select "Authoring Information" to view when the Content was authored and who authored it

Authored by
The username of the content author.

Select "Promotion Options" to configure the content to "Private", limiting access to only those with correct permissions

When checked, only users with proper access permissions will be able to see this post.

On the top settings panel, select "Delete"

Select the "Delete" button to delete the Content

Select the "Clone" tab on the top settings panel, where you can create a copy of the current Content

Enter the desired title of the new Content clone

Make any desired changes to the clone and select "Save" to officially create the clone and save any changes
