Click on "Conversations" to access the list of conversations.

To filter the data by  different properties, click on "Filters".

It will show you a list of filters available, choose any filter, you can use multiple at a time.

Select the desired filters with values and click "Refresh".

You can save the filters by clicking on "Save filters" option. It will be saved for your future use. Click on "Reset to default" to reset the filters.

To remove any filter, click the cross button or you can click on "Clear All"(It will remove all the selected filters) and refresh to view all results.

Click "Subgroup name" as shown to upload calls to the selected group.

You can drag and drop or upload the files from your computer.

Click anywhere on the corresponding row of that Conversation to view the Conversation Details.
