Click "Leads" Click "Potential Leads"

Select the Lead and click "Review"

Review the call. If a new Lead call after searching for the phone number in the search field in the top right corner of the main screen, leave the call action as Create Lead, then enter any notes the caller left. Click "Save"

Enter in all information with the red stars, and any additional information collected. Enter in preferred home size. List the source from where call came from, this source was listed in the image under type in step 3. Upon completion select to Save Lead, Save Lead & Generate Quote, or Start Application (this is if they asked to be sent an application to begin).
