Navigate to and click into the database you want to copy your data into.

Click on the 6-dot menu at the side of the empty row to select the full row.

Press [[ctrl]] + [[v]] to paste from your clipboard.

Check that the data inside each item's page has copied across correctly.

Populate the newly copied items with any values from your database structure.
