Add your colleague's information. Click "Organizational User"

You will now see that "invited" is next to their name in your users panel. An email goes to them automatically, but if you want to grab the link or reesnd that email, hover here.

You can Resend or Copy the invite link for your colleague, if needed.

Your colleague will receive an email. Have them click the link in their email.

This takes them to register their Gavel account.

They will enter the email you signed them up with and add a password.

Now they're in! At the start, their page will look empty. You need to assign them workflows.

Once they're in, you'll go to your dashboard and select "Assign Workflow"

Choose this colleague from the list of users on your account.

Organizational User Colleague (maddy+orguserexample@gavel.io)

Assigning this workflow will add this workflow to this user’s portal so they can take the workflow. You will receive all data they enter in response to the workflow in Data Manager

Your colleague can refresh and will see it on their account.
