Jewelers on Jwero can set up a Flexible Gold Saving Scheme where customers invest any amount starting from 100 rupees via the app or website. The jewelers can manage rewards, penalties, and gifts through a simple dashboard.

To create Flexible Plan - Click on Flexible Plan 

Create customizable plans that allow adjustments to plans limits, rewards, intervals & gifts at certain interval times

Click the "Plan code" field. When a Plan code is added, any new customer enrolled will be assigned an unique id based on the code. For Ex. CFP-99001. 

Enter Total Plan Duration by Days /Month/Year

You can create either an "Amount Based Plan," where the bonus applies directly to the total accumulated amount, or a "Grams Based Plan," where the bonus applies directly to the total accumulated weight.

Choose "Fixed" if the customer needs to reach a set amount/quantity by the end of the plan, which is mandatory.

Select "Unlimited/Upper Limit" if the customer can invest any amount but must stay within the specified limit in this field.

Ex. We have added 160 in Enter Maximum Weight with Plan limit as unlimited/upper limit. 

This means, Customer is allowed to invest any amount , however they cannot invest more than 160grams during the entire duration.

You can set transaction limits for flexibility. Customers can pay any amount, but you can set a range, like 100 to 109,090 rupees, ensuring each transaction falls within that range.

To Set up Interval Based Reward click on Customize

Select this option if you want to setup rewards & penalties based on intervals, along with gifts & other settings for each interval

Set up Interval based reward. 

Click on Add interval to set up rewards.

Add first Interval Day range.

Ex. 1 -30days

You can set up either amount based or percent based reward.

Click "% Percent" if opting for percent based reward

Add percent based reward for this interval

Click "On accumulated amount"

This enables that during this interval, Reward will be applied on entire accumulated amount and not each transaction

You can also set up Penalty if no payment was received - Optional

You can set up Gift on completion on any specific intervals - optional

Similarly you can continue to add multiple interval based on this

When accepting manual payment entries, if you want to edit the Metal Rates frequently, then you can enable this option.

Click the "Show accumulated amount to customers" field to enable visibility of accumulated amount to customers when they login on the website.

Click the "Show accumulated gold weight to customers" field to enable visibility of accumulated gold weight to customers on the website.
