Navigate to tracking number on which you want to add DNI Settings or create a new one.

Scroll Down and expand the tracking number dropdown.

Click on "Number pool" and type in an area code or city name. Enter quantity of numbers in your Dynamic Number Pool that you are creating. Click Next.

Conversation value
Conversation value depicts the monetary expenditure on the campaign and whether it is yielding profit or loss. Call Value is displayed in "Reports" for any call received on the tracking number.
Repeat interval (hours)
Repeat interval allows to label first-time callers as "Unique." Callers who repeatedly call within the set repeat interval will be labeled as repeat callers.
i.e. If a caller makes a call for the first time on a TN, is a unique call & another call/calls made within the set timeframe will be labelled as repeat call(s).

Voice prompt
Enabling a voice prompt will play a recording for the caller at the beginning of a call.
For receiver:
Whisper message before connecting
Enabling the whisper message will play a short recording for the receiver or agent at the beginning of a call.
Whisper message for the first time caller
Enabling the whisper message will play a recording at the receivers end only for the first time caller.
Answer confirmation
Enabling answer confirmation will play a voice prompt on the receivers end. In the voice prompt for ‘Whisper message before connecting,’ Please ask to press 1 to answer & press 2 to end the call or send it to Voicemail (if enabled).

Dynamic number
Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) allows you to dynamically display phone numbers on your web pages based on either a parameter included in a referring URL (URL-based DNI), a referring website (Source-based DNI) or website visitor session (Session-based DNI).
Agent survey
Agent survey will help in manually reporting the outcome and linking the call to an agent.
Caller survey
Caller survey will help in the collection of customer feedback after the agent has ended the call. It can be configured on the next page.

Set the Number format how it will be displayed on your website.

Click the "Enter custom params" field and complete rest of the steps to save the tracking number.

Click Settings-&gt; Customization -&gt; DNI

Click "Copy code" and paste it into the &lt;head&gt; section of the web page where you want to display dynamic numbers. 

Paste the HTML code into the &lt;body&gt; of the web pages where you want to display dynamic numbers on your web site. If you are combining source and url dni into one element, include both class ids into a single element.\
