Navigate to [https://line-21.com](https://line-21.com/dashboard/line-21-beta) on any browser -  we're compatible.

Sign in to your Line 21 dashboard - top right of the screen.\

If you don't have a Line 21 account yet, please follow the steps at the start of our article to create one.

Name your session, and then choose the source language of the speakers.

(Optional) Name the Line 21 Bot - this is important for breakout rooms and live captioning multiple sessions if you are using multiple bots. We would suggest 'Room A', 'Breakout 2' or similar to avoid confusion.

Copy your Zoom invitation link and paste it in the field below.

Select the language you want your captions to appear in. Our software will recommend the most accurate ASR engine for your language, or you can change it to your preference.

Scroll down the Project page, and 'Add destination'.

In your Zoom call, copy the API token and paste it in this field. If you don't know how to do find the API token, please follow the guidance links embedded.

Select the language for your captions to appear in - this can be the original language or machine translation.

If your meeting is now open on Zoom and ready to start, click 'Start' in the Line 21 dashboard to launch the bot and it will join the call.

Your Line 21 bot should now join the call.

Want to keep this project? You can simply delete the bot and create another for each meeting.

If your attendees want to view a real-time transcript of the live captions, navigate back to 'Destinations' and select the 'Line 21 View' card. \

Click 'Copy View link' and share this URL with your attendees.

To download a copy of the transcript, the Line 21 account holder should navigate to 'Download' within the project.

Click download in any or all of the supported formats to receive your transcript copy. This may include translation copies, if you have multiple languages enabled.
