Navigate to [login.myocchealthrecord.com/](http://login.myocchealthrecord.com/)

Click on to the "Injury and Claims Management" module from the side menu, then click the "Injury Register" tab. Register a new injury click "Add New Injury"

Search for an existing employee. If you upload a monthly HR feed, all current employees should be included.

Tip! You can create a new employee if required, you can do this by clicking the "add new employee" button

You now are required to enter in the data to the below fields. Anything marked with a red asterisk is a required field and needs to be filled in.

If this needs to be escalated to a WCC, toggle the button below. This will automatically create a claim

To view the details of an injury click "View Details"

In this window, you can edit or add additional information for this particular injury. 

If this injury has been escalated to a WCC, you will be asked to enter claim details when you click "Next"

You now are required to enter in the data to the below fields. Anything marked with a red asterisk is a required field and needs to be filled in. Then click "save"

The injury has now been updated and a claim has been made. To view the claim details, click on the below button and select "View Claim Details"

You're now viewing the employee's claim details. This shows you the Personal details, Claim details, and Injury details of this employee
