Navigate to [https://connect.threadhcm.com/default.aspx](https://connect.threadhcm.com/default.aspx)

Click "App Launcher"

Click "Applicant Tracking"

Click "Jobs"

Job Listing Setup

Click "Jobs"

Click "Job Listings"

Click "New Job Listing"

Here you can choose the Template if you've already created one, or Click to add a new job title.

Click "Start New Draft"

Listing Configuration

On Job Ad you can enter all the job details

Under Position Details you will add additional details such as pay and location

Settings & Notifications will let you update who will receive the job or applicant notifications. Here you can also attach a Hiring Workflow if you've built one. We have an additional guide that walks through this build.

Here you can Preview the job posting as the candidates will see it.

Once all is completed Click "Publish Listing & Continue" if you're ready to publish. \ You can also Save Draft & Exit if you're not ready to post the job.
