Navigate to [https://live.vocalviews.com/projects](https://live.vocalviews.com/projects)

Click on a pre-created project from the project list

Select from the list of countries where to conduct the focus groups

Select the language of the required participants from the dropdown

Choose number of sessions by clicking - and +

Choose number of participants per session by clicking - and +

To advertise the project on our public projects page, enable "Publicly Advertise" If you require consumers from the VocalViews database enable "Consumers Required" below

If "Consumers Required" is enabled, enter the incentive amount you would like to pay each participant

Review the advanced settings (see separate walkthrough), configure the confirmation email / SMS (see separate walkthrough) and click "Next"

To further customize session 1, you are able to select a date/time. Click the calendar icon

Select a date for session 1. You are also able to customise the number of participants, choose a specific session name and change the password of each session independently.

Follow the same steps for all additional sessions to change the date, time, the number of respondents, session name, and password.

Click "Pay now" (see the separate walkthrough for methods of payment)
