How to create your Ooma AirDial Account

Navigate to [https://rdm.ooma.com/](https://rdm.ooma.com/devices) and login to your Ooma RDM account.
Click "Accounts"
Click the "Account Name" field and fill in the business name.
Select if you have a Partner ID to enter.
Click the "Partner ID" field and enter the Partner ID as appropriate.
If this should be a child account that is associated with another account, select the appropriate Parent account from the drop down.
Enter the customer contact first name in the "First Name" field.
Enter the customer contact last name in the "Last Name" field.
Enter the customer contact email in the "Email" field.
Enter the customer contact phone number in the "Phone Number" field.
Select the appropriate country.
Enter the customer's account address in the "Address Line 1" field.
Enter the appropriate suite or floor number on the "Address Line 2" field.
Enter the customer's city in the "City" field.
Select the customer's appropriate "State/Province".
Enter the customer's zip code in the "ZIP Code" field.
Click "Next"
Choose the "I have the authority to accept a binding legal agreement for Ooma AirDial" field if you already have a signed contract/order from a Ooma third party reseller that has already agreed to our terms of service. Select "Request approval from an authorized representative of Ooma AirDial" if you need the customer to accept the agreement.
Click the "I accept" field or enter the email address for the customer if they need to accept the agreement.
Click "Next"
This will be the last step if you are sending the agreement to the customer. If you accepted the agreement on their behalf please continue with the further instructions.
Click the "Partner Customer ID" field and enter the billing account number for this account where the service charges are billed.
This should be the account number that generates the bill, not a non-billable child account number.
Click "Create Account"
