Make sure you select "Donation" as the Item type. 

Make sure your closing time is in the future and your item is Active.

Start by going to Event Central &gt; Live Broadcast

Type YES in the Page Control Alert to take control of the EventStream feature.

Click "Donation Items" to see a list of all donation items in your auction.

Click on the Donation item.

This makes this item available on the bidding site to those at home.

When the Donation item is selected in the EventStream tool a "Give Live" button appears. Bidders will select this button to donate.

Since only the $2500 denomination was selected in the EventStream, this is the only option the bidder sees.

In the EventStream tool, click the next denomination amount to show $1000 to the at home bidder and deselect the $2500 amount.

The bidder now sees $1000 instead of $2500

Your in person bidders should have Paddles with their bidder number on them. 

Go to cbo.io/butler to add these in person bids into their accounts.

Scroll down and click the donation item under "Appeal"

When a bidder raises their paddle for $2500, type the bid number the auctioneer calls out on stage and click "Enter" or "Save"

This adds the bid to their account.

When the Paddle Raise is over, click the Close button in the EventStream tool to stop bidding.

Bidders will no longer be able to see the "Give Live" preview.
