Click "Include in Booking Engine?" This allows guests to book the rate plan online directly.

The Per room field is used for including supplements for certain Room Types. This would be added on to the rate defined.

There are also options if you want your room rate to change depending on the number of adults/children/infants etc (per person pricing only works for direct bookings through Hop and your booking engine not bookings through OTA's).

Articles can be added if your rate includes Breakfast, Dinner etc you would add the articles on here.

If you want to add restrictions to your rate plan then make sure the box to Apply Rate Plan Restrictions is ticked. Once ticked you will see a tab for Restrictions appear.

You can click the days to apply the restrictions to or select all to have a restriction in place on all days.

Room types can be adjusted per room or multiple rooms.

Click here to add all rooms into the field.

Here you select the Date From that this update is for.

Here you select the Date To that this update is for.

In the Applicable To section you can select multiple days to apply this to or singular days.
